Website & Pilot Terms
1. Business service
NovaAceTech is intended for businesses and authorized business users. By requesting a pilot or using a customer workflow, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business involved.
2. Founding Pilot
The Founding Pilot is an early controlled commercial offer designed to configure one or more real business workflows, measure usefulness, and gather feedback. The public $299 price is an initial pilot offer, not a promise of final subscription pricing. Scope, payment timing, deliverables, integrations, and any cancellation/refund terms will be confirmed before paid work begins.
3. AI-assisted output
NovaAceTech may prepare drafts, summaries, scopes, recommendations, follow-ups, and other AI-assisted output. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers remain responsible for reviewing customer-facing communications, estimates, pricing, technical conclusions, compliance obligations, and other consequential decisions before use.
4. Trade and professional judgment
NovaScope and other NovaAceTech capabilities support field-to-office workflow and documentation. They do not replace required licenses, code compliance, engineering, legal, tax, financial, safety, or other professional judgment.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and lawful access to systems/data used in the approved workflow.
- Use NovaAceTech only for lawful business purposes.
- Review and authorize consequential actions where approval is required.
- Maintain appropriate customer consent and communication permissions where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
NovaAceTech retains its software, workflows, brand assets, designs, documentation, and other proprietary materials. Customers retain ownership of their business data and materials they provide, subject to the permissions needed for NovaAceTech and its service providers to operate the agreed service.
7. Third-party services
Some workflows may connect to third-party products or services. Their availability, terms, security, and behavior are controlled by those providers. NovaAceTech is not responsible for outages or changes outside its reasonable control.
8. No guaranteed business outcome
NovaAceTech does not guarantee lead volume, revenue, rankings, reviews, customer responses, conversion rates, or other business results. Pilot measurements and planning targets are evaluation tools, not guaranteed outcomes.
9. Availability and changes
Early-stage features, integrations, workflows, and pilot capabilities may change as the product is validated. NovaAceTech may modify or discontinue functionality when necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
10. Additional agreements
Commercial customers may receive additional terms covering service scope, fees, confidentiality, data handling, support, liability, governing law, dispute terms, and other requirements before paid production use.
