Privacy Notice
1. Information we collect
When you contact NovaAceTech or request a Founding Pilot, you may provide your name, business name, email address, website or social profile, trade, workflow problem, notes, and other information you choose to share. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps, and error/security logs.
2. How we use information
- Respond to questions and pilot requests.
- Evaluate, configure, operate, support, and improve approved NovaAceTech workflows.
- Protect the service, detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain business records.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce agreements.
3. Customer workflow data
During a pilot or paid engagement, the exact data sources and permissions depend on the workflow the customer approves. NovaAceTech is designed around least-privilege access: connect only the services and information needed for the approved workflow. Customer-facing actions may remain approval-gated as described during onboarding.
4. Service providers
NovaAceTech may use hosting, email, cloud, AI, security, analytics, communications, and workflow providers to operate the service. Their access depends on the feature being used and the permissions/configuration selected. NovaAceTech does not sell personal information to advertisers.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, operate and support the service, maintain security and business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention for customer workflow data may be further defined during onboarding or in a customer agreement.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and the data involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. See our Security Approach for more detail.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete information you submitted through the public website, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also choose not to provide optional information.
8. Children
NovaAceTech is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this notice as the service, providers, and legal requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
